The Department of Veterans Affairs, Announcement VA261-RP-09-0035 requesting Standard Form (SF) 330 for A/E Qualifications for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) A/E contract for the Reno, VA Medical Center, multiple award is hereby amendment as follows: (1) Announcement is hereby changed from a small business set-aside, to unrestricted. (2) In order to be considered for award, firms must be within a radius of 100 miles from the Reno VA. (4) Firms that submitted SF 330 Qualification packages and meet all of the new requirements do not need to re-submit their SF 330 Qualifications. (4) Announcement due date for submissions is hereby changed from March 4, 2009 to April 3, 2009. (5) In the event that a large business is selected, a sub-contracting plan will be required. Again, firms that meet the original requirements and this amendment do not need to re-submit their qualifications. Firms submitting their SF 330 Qualifications due to this amendment are to submit their SF 330 qualifications (four copies) by close of business April 3, 2009 (4:00pm) to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Vincent I. Osorio, Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA/90) 150 Muir, Rd., Martinez, CA 94553. Reference Solicitation VA261-09-RP-0035 on your SF 330 Package.
