Description: The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Regional Office has an on-going requirement for Architect/Engineer (A&E) Services to perform designs, construction plans and drawings, specifications, construction cost estimates, building assessments, and other related studies. Reclamation is seeking A&E services under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract over a five-year performance period with a guaranteed minimum ordering obligation of $100,000 over the five-year performance. The total maximum cumulative contract dollar value over the 5-year ordering period will be capped at $625,000. The estimated start of the contract is February 2015 and the estimated completion date is February 2020.
