The Di-Glycol Amine (DGA) Column is a well-defined natural gas process used to remove carbon dioxide (CO2) and moisture from a process stream. The current issue is that emissions are condensing after leaving the vent stack and depositing residue on neighboring equipment. When still wind conditions occur, the droplets and mist reach ground level and personnel operating in the affected areas. Mitigation techniques of the misting and droplet releases from the vent stack are being sought through this notice. Liquids recovered may be returned to the DGA system.
