Full Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from A Single Source, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, intends to enter into a sole source, firm-fixed price Contract with Image Group Inc dba Image Group-Clark Holman & Moorhead located at 403 Center Ave, Suite 300, Moorhead MN 56560. The purpose of the contract is to provide construction period services (CPS) for Project 437-15-103 titled Renovation of Building 1, First Floor for PT/OT and Prosthetics for the Fargo VA Health Care System for a base period of 600 days. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code is 541330, Engineering Services with a size standard of $15 Million. Image Group-Clark Holman & Moorhead has the experience and technical knowledge to continue to perform these services, without duplication of costs, labor efforts and unwarranted time delays. The 100% Construction Documents were completed by Image Group-Clark Holman & Moorhead for the original design of this project. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotes. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any capability statement, proposal, or quote provided shall be at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. Responses must be received no later than 4 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday July 30, 2019. All responses shall be submitted to Jennifer Johnson via email at contact@example.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. This Notice of Intent is provided to advise that the Government intends to Sole Source a contractual action via a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to JLG Architects. The purpose of this action is to provide Construction Period Services for Project 437-14-112 Replace Boiler Plant at the Fargo VA Health Care System located in Fargo, North Dakota. JLG Architects previously was awarded a competitively bid contract to furnish 100% Construction Documents for this requirement. Construction Period Services will allow for administration of this project throughout construction, utilizing this firm s construction design documents.
