This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Storage Trailer Rental Services. The Contractor will be compensated for services performed in accordance with the rate(s) specified on the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet, which shall include all labor, personnel, transportation (including travel, per diem, fuel, and mileage), materials, non-consumable supplies, tools, any necessary equipment, permits, licenses, taxes, fees, shipping/freight charges, and every other item of expense necessary (unless otherwise specified herein) to provide all services identified herein for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), California Health Care Facility (CHCF) located at 7707 South Austin Road, Stockton, CA 95215.
