CA FLAP PLU 406(1) Quincy Junction Road Project

The CA FLAP PLU 406(1) Quincy Junction Road Project is a federally funded infrastructure initiative managed by the Plumas County Department of Public Works in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration Central Federal Lands Highway Division.
