This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a construction requirement prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), including FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts, as applicable. This announcement constitutes a solicitation; offers are being requested in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and attachments included in this notice. A separate written solicitation will not be issued.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Modoc National Wildlife Refuge ¿ Alturas, California design and construct requirement for a durable, safe, and structurally sound in-canal concrete water control structure that meets all regulatory standards. The structural integrity and safety shall ensure the in-canal structure is built to support the expected load capacities, tractor trailer and pedestrian traffic. The in-canal shall adhere to applicable safety standards and codes to mitigate risks during construction and throughout the operational life of the structure.
