The contract solicits one electrically heated food warming cabinet, identified by NSN 7310-01-553-5074, manufactured by Alto-Shaam, Inc., with part number 1200-UP REACH IN, under a Simplified Indefinite-Delivery Contract (SIDC) issued by the Department of Defense’s DLA Troop Support, Subsistence FSE Supply Chain. Delivery is required within 30 days after delivery order issuance, with shipment F.O.B. destination, and all packaging must comply with ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129, while adhering to DLA packaging requirements RP001 and the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements as the governing standard. The item must not contain intentionally added mercury or mercury-containing compounds except for functional uses in batteries, fluorescent lights, instruments, sensors, controls, weapon systems, or NAVSEA-specified reagents, and any portable devices containing mercury must be shockproof with a secondary containment, per NAVSEA 5100-003D.
