The contract pertains to the procurement of five units of a cable assembly designated as RADI, with a delivery requirement within five days of direction to the specified location in El Paso, Texas, at 11701 Montana Avenue, ZIP 79936-1093. The item is identified by NSN 5995-01-458-3121 and solicited under SPE4A6-26-T-48T3, with responses due by May 20, 2026. The contract imposes stringent quality and packaging controls, mandating compliance with MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging and preservation using CLNG/DRY method, and MIL-STD-129 for labeling and bar-coding on unit and pallet containers. Bare item marking per RQ017 and removal of government identification from rejected items per RQ011 are required, alongside adherence to DLA packaging standards (RP001). Inspection and acceptance occur at origin, with the contractor’s quality system required to meet SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001 tailored to AS9003. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331, with zero non-conformances expected unless otherwise specified, and unspecified attributes are treated as major with an AQL of 1.0. Technical data associated with the cable assembly is subject to export control under ITAR or EAR, requiring compliance by all parties including foreign employees and subsidiaries, and access is restricted to those with approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program status, completed training, and DLA authorization under DFARS 252.225-7048. The contractor must safeguard covered defense information in accordance with 252.204-7012 and conduct a NIST SP 800-171 assessment, submitting the score via SPRS. Hazardous material labeling per 252.223-7001 requires adherence to OSHA standards and submission of MSDS for non-exempt items. The contract requires electronic invoicing through WAWF only, and unique entity identifiers and CAGE codes must be provided. No contract price is listed, and the award basis is likely LPTA, given the emphasis on automated processes, price preferences, and minimal trade-off provisions. The procurement falls under NAICS
