AI Contract Overview
This contract specifies the procurement of a single electrical cable assembly designated as part number A14G2839-2 with NSN 6150-01-550-7393, to be delivered in a quantity of one unit with no tolerance for variance. Delivery is required within 497 days from the contract award, with FOB origin terms and inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. The item must be packaged in compliance with ASTM D3951 and labeled per MIL-STD-129, with palletization governed by DLA’s packaging requirements, and all DLA Master List technical and quality requirements supersede any conflicting standards. The contractor must adhere to MIL-STD-1916 or an equivalent zero-based sampling plan with zero non-conformances required for acceptance unless otherwise defined, and critical attributes must be verified using the specified levels or AQLs. The contract includes cybersecurity compliance through a CMMC Level 2 self-assessment requirement, mandates removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies, and enforces physical item marking per RQ017. Although unique item identification is not required, the supplier must comply with all applicable DLA technical and quality specifications referenced through official master lists. Delivery must reach DLA Distribution Warner Robins at Robins AFB, Georgia, with a required ship date of December 4, 2027, though the original delivery target was October 14, 2026.
