The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, through the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, is seeking a contractor to install and remove patriotic decorations—including banners, buntings, and flags—on the exteriors of four historically significant buildings in Washington, D.C.: the Howard T. Markey Building, Dolley Madison House, Tayloe House, and Cosmos Club.
