The California Department of General Services (DGS), Facilities Management Division (FMD), collectively referred to as State, invites you to review and welcomes proposals for the Café space located in the May Lee Office Complex at 651 Bannon Street, Sacramento County, California. ¿ The coffee shop space, known as the MLSOC Café, will provide coffee and non-alcoholic beverage service for State employees, guests, and the local community. ¿ The MLSOC Café is furnished with beverage service equipment comprised of a counter service and seating area which measures 2,831 square feet (SF). o The service area is set up with storage, beverage prep areas, and a cash wrap. o The service area also includes refrigerated shelves and counters for online orders and pre-prepared grab-and-go food items. ¿ The State is seeking a qualified coffee service provider (¿Awarded Bidder¿) to provide a variety of coffee and non-alcoholic beverage options and excellent customer service.
