Calibration SBSS Auto Particle

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility has awarded a sole source contract, solicitation N32253-26-P-0053, to PAMAS USA PARTIKELMESS - UND ANALYSESYSTEME GMBH for the on-site calibration and preventative maintenance of two PAMAS SBSS-C Automated Particle Counter consoles equipped with HCB-LD-50/50 sensors. This work is performed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, to support the Joint Oil Analysis Program, which is critical for monitoring oil contamination and ensuring the mission readiness of U.S. naval and Department of Defense assets across the Central Pacific Region. The acquisition was conducted as a non-competitive procurement under FAR 13.106 due to unusual and compelling urgency and the fact that PAMAS is the original equipment manufacturer with exclusive proprietary rights and licensing. To maintain data integrity and avoid mission-critical outages, all services must adhere to ISO 11171 and ISO-4402 standards. The contract was digitally signed on July 7, 2026, and posted on August 11, 2026, with the government overseeing inspection and acceptance on-site to verify technical compliance.
