The project is located on a rural parcel, 24.65-acres in size in an Agricultural zoning district in Nevada County (APN 030-190-018). This approval is for 13,240 square feet of total cultivation area including an outdoor cultivation canopy area located within 200 pots and 8 hoop houses. The project will include 242 sf of support area and four water storage tanks. The site is accessed via a private driveway off Beitler Road and is served by an existing groundwater well and septic system. No exterior lighting will be associated with the cannabis operation. No packaging or processing will take place on site. No water crossings are on the property.
