The California R-1 School District is requesting proposals for the California High School PAC Set Design Addition, 1501 West Buchanan Street, California, Missouri 65018. Proposals are due by 1:00pm CDT, Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at the California R-I School District Office – 211 South Owen Street, California, Missouri 65018. Bid opening to be held at the Performing Art Center at California High School, 1501 West Buchanan Street, California, Missouri.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00pm CDT, Tuesday, September 15, 2026 also at the Performing Arts Center at California High School, for all prospective bidders. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory for all prospective prime bidders.
Contract documents will be available on Friday, August 28, 2026. Documents will be available through Drexeltech.com. Call (888) 202-1301 toll free or (314) 872-0900 local, to arrange for documents. Project-related questions shall be directed to Jason Smith at incite Design Studio via jsmith@incitedesignstudio.com. All bidders must comply with the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law and E-Verify. A bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the bid, is required from all bidders. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Faxed bids will not be accepted.
