Solicitation # 27-008
The City of Sandy Springs is seeking sealed bids for the milling and resurfacing of approximately 22.35 miles of city roadways, requiring a minimum milling depth of one and one-half inches, targeted patching using either 12.5 mm or 19 mm materials as needed, and final paving with 12.5 mm asphalt at a rate of 165 pounds per square yard, or as otherwise directed by the City’s Engineer or authorized representative. The specific roadway segments to be worked are detailed in the Contract Documents, and the City retains the authority to modify the scope by adding or removing segments during the contract term, with corresponding adjustments to traffic control and mobilization costs to reflect those changes.
