LETTING LOCATION: FL TPK HDQTRS POSTING DATES: 09/29/2026 and 10/13/2026 CONTRACT DAYS: 90 CONTRACT EXECUTION DAYS: 10 SPECIAL START DATE: N/A ACQUIS./FLEXIBLE START TIME: 14 The work specified in this Contract consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to remove, dispose and replace the roofing systems of Polk Eastern Mainline Buildings #1945, Polk Parkway (SR 570), Milepost 21. The Bidder (Prime Contractor) shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as a Roofing Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes. Prospective bidders who wish to visit the site will need to contact Mr. Albeiro Munoz at (407) 264-3310 or via email albeiro.munoz@dot.state.fl.us for scheduling. NO PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD FOR THIS CONTRACT. PREQUALIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
