5.07 mi of road reconstruction, grading, drainage, watermain and storm sewer replacement, noise wall replacement, guardrail, concrete sidewalk, ramps, curb and gutter, traffic signals, signing, ITS, lighting, pavement markings, reconstruction of 8 structures, rehabilitation of 20 structures, 1 deck park conversion, removal of 8 structures, and approach work on I-475 from Thread Creek to Flint River in the cities of Flint and Burton, Genesee County. This project is an Alternate Pavement Bid Project. Alternate 1 (Section 2) is an Hot Mix Asphalt Alternative and includes a 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty. Alternate 2 (Section 3) is a Concrete Alternative and includes a 5 year materials and workmanship pavement warranty.
