All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. *** Title: Canadian Active Neutron Spectrometers (CANS) Phase A *** Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) has a requirement for flight-quality Canadian Active Neutron Spectrometers (CANS) for radiation monitoring applications in the International Space Station (ISS) and the Lunar Gateway. *** The project consists of an initial Phase A in which the Contractor will establish a mature set of instrument requirements and develop a baseline instrument design. *** The Annex A – Statement of Work specifies, in detail, the full scope of work that the Contractor must provide and deliver in Phase A. *** The period of the contract(s) for Phase A will be 7 months.
