The contract involves the removal of excess sludge and sediment from two small lagoons, each approximately 130 by 400 feet in size, located in Oklahoma. Issued by the State of Oklahoma's Division of Capital Assets Management, Construction & Properties, the solicitation is identified as CAP26-0323 with solicitation number 46221.
