Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., local time as established by the Research Council of Canada.The following is a list of pre-qualified General Contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-2683-25:Graham Construction and Engineering LPH2Ontario Inc.Maple Reinders Constructors Ltd.North America Construction (1993) Ltd.Peak Construction Group Ltd.Torbear Contracting Inc.The following is a list of pre-qualified General Contractors that have been approved to bid on this Request for Tender under Request for Pre-Qualification No. RFPQ-2683-25:Lexsan Electrical Inc.North America Construction (1993) Ltd.Sheridan Electric Services Ltd.Sutherland Schultz Ltd.Any bids received from bidders not listed above shall be rejected from further consideration.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - The Region is inviting Bids from the prequalified bidders for tcapacity and treatment upgrades to Nobleton Well 2 (located at 22 Faris Avenue) and Nobleton Wells 5 & 6 (located at 12860 Highway 27) in the Township of King, as further described in Appendix C – Form of Contract. MEETING: A non-mandatory meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 commencing at 10:00 a.m. at 12860 Hwy 27, Nobleton, Bidders are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (safety boots, hard hat, vest and eye wear). All bidders are encouraged to submit any questions to the Region using the ‘Submit a Question’ feature in the Bidding Website before or after the information meeting.MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:DEPOSIT: All Bids shall be accompanied by a digital Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Subtotal Contract Amount and a digital Undertaking to Bond. The forms of Bid Bond and Undertaking to Bond acceptable to the Region are attached as Appendix E and F.OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (OHSMS) CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: Any bids received from respondents who do not meet the OHSMS certification requirements, as stated in RFT Particulars (Appendix A), shall be rejected from further consideration.
