CAPNOGRAPH KIT

The Capnograph Kit is a lightweight, battery-powered end-tidal carbon dioxide monitor designed for use with both adult and pediatric patients, delivering full accuracy in 15 seconds to measure EtCO2 and respiration rate with a continuous capnogram display. It operates on two AAA alkaline or lithium batteries, providing six hours of life with alkaline and up to ten hours with lithium cells. The device features a water-resistant design, requires no routine calibration, and includes an audible and visual alarm system that alerts for no adapter, clogged adapter, no breath, low battery, and adjustable high and low EtCO2 thresholds. The kit includes the capnometer, a pouch, and a lanyard and must be used with the specified NSN 6515-01-623-0942 airway adapter. It is regulated by the FDA and manufactured under approved part numbers by Masimo Corporation and Tribalco LLC. The unit of issue is a kit, and the contract requires eight kits to be delivered within twenty days to Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. All packaging and marking must comply with Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and ASTM D3951, with DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements taking precedence. The kits must be sealed in commercial units capable of protecting against damage and packed in exterior shipping containers suitable for safe carrier delivery. The items must be labeled and palletized according to DLA packaging requirements and shipped via traceable means, excluding parcel post. Delivery is FOB destination with inspection and acceptance occurring at the delivery point, and no quantity variance is permitted. The acquisition is subject to federal procurement regulations, and bidders must specify the exact source and part number being supplied.
