Solicitation W912LQ-17-Q-0020, issued by the Department of Defense under the W7N5 Uspfo Activity VA Arng, concerns the procurement of carbon monoxide detectors and associated parts for 44 locations across Virginia. Vendors may submit pricing for the hardware alone or for a combined package including installation and integration. To be considered, quoted detectors must be dual power supplied, certified for operation on the existing system, and meet all necessary security requirements. Due to funding constraints, the government requires separate pricing for products and installation services. The final award will be determined based on available funds and may cover only the hardware, full installation at all 44 sites, or a limited number of locations. The procurement process includes specific federal clauses regarding ownership representations and certifications for commercial items, with delivery and installation sites identified by zip codes.
