This scope demands full accountability for the safe removal of existing carbon, delivery and installation of new carbon, proper disposal of contaminated materials, and restoration of system integrity to ensure uninterrupted potable water service, all performed in compliance with applicable health and safety standards. The project is to be completed at the Town of Marshfield’s facility located on Moraine Street in Marshfield, Massachusetts, with no provision for partial performance or subcontracting without explicit authorization.
