CARE HVAC Systems Renovations – Phase 2, Egbert, Ontario

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on August 14, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This is the second phase (Phase Two) of a two-phase solicitation process: the first phase evaluated the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) invites the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada requires a qualified contractor to provide construction services including the removal of existing roof top units (RTUs), demolition of the portions of the ductwork, installation of the new rooftop units, modification of existing ductwork, supply of new packed high-efficiency rooftop air conditioning units, new building automation control system, piping, and associated work. The Contract includes all products, labour, equipment, removal and installation as required or implied by the drawings and specifications to complete the Work. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 40 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
