NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs, (VA) Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA), Office of Acquisition Directorate, Continental Contracting Team, intends to award a sole source contract to Vocational Research Institute, LLC (VRI) 6004 Maiden Ln, Bethesda, MD 20817-6252 for a period of one year, starting March 10, 2023. The requirement is to provide the Denver Regional Office, Veteran Readiness and Employment Division (VR&E) use of CareerScope, a proprietary software subscription service, to assist VR&E counselors with the assessment of a Veteran s abilities, aptitudes, and interests via online assessment which is a managed service and operates via computer with Internet access. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements and must include relevant corporate experience along with the applicable contract number, total contract dollar amount, contract period of performance, details of the relevant services and customer point of contact with corresponding telephone number and email address. Responses must also include the following information: Business name, address, Point of Contact, and Business size. Vendors shall indicate if they are direct suppliers of the items.
