Full Description

Carleton Martello Tower Conservation – Phase 2, Saint John, Saint John County, New Brunswick Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for a contract, which consists ofbut will not necessarily be limited to, the following: Mobilization, Design and installation of heated, enclosed scaffolding, The shoring of the tower, throughout the work, Protection of existing elements, Demolition of the existing concrete Command Post, Structural masonry repairs to the existing Martello Tower, Construction of a replacement Command Post, Repairs to the interior brick vault and related masonry work, Cleaning masonary,Reinstatement of existing landscaping and De-mobilization. The work location is the Carleton Martello Tower, Saint John, New Brunswick. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.076330.001 forming part of the bid document. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within (70) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
