Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS&IMF), Bremerton, Washington intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-14-G-2114 (CVN BOA); approximately four (4) LEVEL II NON-DESTRUCTIVE TEST (NDT) and (2) Supervisors in support of efforts onboard the USS NIMITZ (CVN 68) and USS John C. Stennis (CVN -74) The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Huntington Ingalls Industries - Newport News Shipbuilding under the authority of 10 U.S.C. - 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
