Carson City invites qualified firms to submit sealed bids for the below referenced project. Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, drawings and plans, specifications, and special conditions related hereto. The U.S. Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division agreed to adopt Nevada’s prevailing wage rates for Davis-Bacon Highway, Heavy, and Building Wage Determinations. Consequently, the need to conduct a wage comparison between the federal and state rates no longer exists. Therefore, the Wage Comparison Worksheet is no longer required and not included with this solicitation. PROJECT TITLE Community Center Re-Roof CCPW PROJECT NO. Contractor License C-15 or C-15a is required. PRE-BID MEETING This project will conduct a mandatory pre-bid meeting on September 15 , 2026, at 10:00 am at the Community Center located at 851 E. William St. in Carson City, NV. FUNDING This project is federally funded through CDBG. BUILD AMERICA, BUY AMERICA ACT This project is subject to BABAA requirements.
