TDF - PIF Rooftop Walkway SP

The Illinois Department of Human Services is soliciting bids for the installation of approximately 2,000 feet of anti-slip roofing walkway pads at the TDF Rushville facility. The project requires 1,600 feet of Versico brand pads for existing tan TPO roofing and 400 feet of Firestone brand pads specifically for the Gamma housing unit roof. All pads must be 34 inches wide with a minimum thickness of 150 mil, feature a raised diamond plate tread pattern, and include safety yellow edges if available from the manufacturer. Installation must be performed by an approved Versico and/or Firestone installer in accordance with manufacturer specifications and ASTM standards. To be considered responsive, the prime vendor must perform at least 51 percent of the work using permanent, full-time W-2 employees who have been employed for at least 30 consecutive days prior to bid submission. Vendors must certify compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, the Illinois Department Human Rights Act, and various state certifications regarding legal entity status, felony convictions, and tax delinquency. The contract includes a 12-month warranty period and allows for termination for convenience with 30 days' written notice. Payments are processed according to the State Prompt Payment Act, and the contract is contingent upon the availability of funds from the Illinois General Assembly or federal sources.
