The State of North Dakota, through the North Dakota Public Service Commission's Abandoned Mine Lands Division, is soliciting proposals under solicitation SRC000464 for professional engineering and construction services to permanently close and stabilize an abandoned underground coal mine portal near Cartwright, North Dakota.
