66ABG/CEOS is requesting services for Catch Basin Maintenance on both Hanscom AFB and Sagamore Hill Radio Observatory.  The prime contractor’s geographical proximity to the Civil Engineering Headquarters located on HAFB shall be within 60 miles. The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer’s equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Environmental Department shall receive notification of the start of the work with tentative schedules to facilitate oversight of sampling, analysis and final disposal. Bills of Lading and Hazardous Waste Manifests may only be signed by a designated official from 66 ABG/CEIE.  HAFB has 660 catch basins and Sagamore Hill has 10 catch basins.
