Emergency Catering Services
Solicitation # 20260277
The City of Port St. Lucie is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 20260277 for Emergency Catering Services to support city employees during the activation of the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan and the Emergency Operations Center. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and management to deliver daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and night-shift meals, with a preference for hot meal service. The contract requires the ability to mobilize and begin services within 24 hours of activation, delivering to sites including City Hall and the Emergency Operations Center. The contract spans three calendar years with two optional one-year renewals. Award decisions are based on a total combined score evaluating vendor qualifications and experience, which accounts for 25 percent of the total, alongside a competitive cost proposal. Vendors must maintain a Florida DBPR Public Food Service License and adhere to strict food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control regulations, including separate processes for allergy-sensitive meals. Mandatory submission requirements include an E-Verify form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Debarment Form, W-9, and proof of insurance. The proposal process is managed via the OpenGov portal, with a response deadline of November 19, 2026.
