The Andersen Strategic Transformation in Rapid Infrastructure and Delivery Enterprise (A-STRIDE) is an overarching framework established by the 36th Contracting Squadron to provide innovative and agile global engineering and construction solutions. Operating under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2808a, the program utilizes Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) to bypass traditional procurement delays for the planning, design, prototyping, and execution of facility repair and modernization projects.
