Line 1, DESIGN AND SUPPLY PROPULSION CONTROL SYSTEM
Line 2, TAXES 13% ONTARIO
Line 3, The Solicitation Closing date is September 15, 2022.
Line 4, The Requirement is to procure design services and supply of software and hardware, as well as a fifteen-month performance support period - in accordance with Annex "A" Statement of Work (SOW), to replace and upgrade the existing Propulsion Control System onboard CCGS Griffon - to be delivered to the Canadian Coast Guard Base in Prescott, Ontario.
Line 5, The period of the Contract will be from the October 2022 to October 2026. Line 6, The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Line 7, The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and services.
Line 8, This solicitation and its resulting Contract allow for exchange rate fluctuation adjustment as well as economic price adjustment.
Line 9, In order to be declared responsive, Bidder's proposal must, to the satisfaction of Canada, meet all mandatory requirements. The responsive bid with the lowest Bid Price will be recommended for award of a contract.
