CCRI Campus Pole Banners

The State of Rhode Island has issued solicitation RFQ27007030 to identify a qualified vendor for the production and supply of custom campus pole banners and installation hardware for the Community College of Rhode Island. The project requires 156 custom banners measuring 30 by 92 inches, produced using full color Dye Dispersion print on Marine Acrylic Sunbrella material with a 3.5 inch pole hem and grommets. Required hardware includes 156 sets of 30 inch single banner brackets with epoxied fiberglass arms and 624 heavy duty stainless steel bands measuring 39 inches by 5/8 inches. The vendor must provide both digital and hard copy proofs for approval and ensure all items are warranted against failure for 60 months from the date of installation. The contract is based on a fixed lump sum fee that must include all setup fees and shipping costs, with a detailed cost breakdown for the banners, brackets, bands, and any author alterations after the first proof. The initial period of performance is 12 months from the date of award, with the possibility of one additional 12 month renewal based on performance and funding. Interested vendors must submit responses by October 22, 2026, with a Q&A deadline of October 9, 2026. Awarded vendors are required to maintain insurance coverage in accordance with the General Conditions of Purchase.
