This Commercial Cannabis Use Permit issued by El Dorado County, California, authorizes the construction and operation of a comprehensive cannabis facility on a 67.53-acre parcel. The project encompasses cultivation, nursery, harvest, processing, storage, and distribution activities. Initial development includes 50,000 square feet of outdoor canopy across five license areas, 9,990 square feet of mixed-light canopy in six hoop houses, and 4,200 square feet of immature canopy in two greenhouses. A second phase will expand the mixed-light canopy by adding four greenhouses, bringing the total mature canopy to 68,390 square feet and immature canopy to 4,200 square feet at full buildout. The facility will be supported by several specialized structures, including an 800-square-foot processing building, a 1,000-square-foot dry and cure building, and a 640-square-foot equipment and storage building. Infrastructure for resource and waste management is also included, featuring five 5,000-gallon water storage tanks, a 504-square-foot cannabis waste area, and a 504-square-foot compost area. The project is managed by the El Dorado County planning department.
