CDFI Fund Integrated Consulting Services

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the purpose of establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Integrated Consulting Services. Orders under this BPA will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-3 and the offeror's current GSA contract. This requirement is being issued as a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services) with a size standard of $24.5 million. Please submit your proposal in accordance with the quotation instructions in the attachment titled "20340624R00001." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001: The deadline to submit questions regarding this RFP is 2:00 PM (ET) on Monday, November 13, 2023. The deadline to submit proposals in response to this RFP is 2:00 PM (ET) on Friday, November 17, 2023. Instructions to offerors: If you have previously submitted a proposal it is requested that a new proposal be submitted. Previous submissions will no longer be considered. Significant changes have been made to the "Proposal Instructions" section (pg. 21-24) of the attached document 20340624R00001. Changes have been noted in red text. Additionally, the HUBZone set-aside has been removed in favor of a total small business set-aside. Finally, a document titled Q and A has been attached providing answers to questions received during the initial solicitaiton period.
