CECIL COUNTY SNOW / ICE REMOVAL SERVICES - 2026/2027 Season

The Cecil County Department of Public Works, Roads Division (CCDPW Roads Division) is soliciting services for snow and ice removal, transportation of water to make brine, and pretreating roads with brine from contractors who want to participate during the winter season of Season of Snow Removal . The CCDPW Roads Division has established snow and brine pretreatment routes, and some will be assigned to designated contractors. Cecil County Maryland (the "County") has established a fixed fee schedule for the payment for participating contractors, and all contractors will be compensated at the same rate for each designated equipment categories. Contractors may submit the required paperwork prior to the November 20, 2026 submission date. This will allow contractors to have the opportunity to come under contract and be available as soon as possible for early winter events. NO SUBMISSIONS SHALL BE ACCEPTED AFTER NOVEMBER 20, 2026. All submissions must be submitted electronically through the County's OpenGov eProcurement platform. The Roads Division shall hold a SNOW CONTRACTOR'S MEETING for all interested contractor's. Any contractor attending must make sure they sign-in with their company name they are representing.
