City of Thomasville, Georgia. at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any proposal received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. The project generally consists of the construction of an MSW landfill cell described as Cell Nos. 6A & 6B. Construction will include earthwork, erosion control, composite liner construction, geosynthetics installation, protective cover and leachate collection system, stormwater and a perimeter access road. An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., local time, at the landfill office, 88 Landfill Road, Thomasville, GA 31757.
