The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Purchase Order to Collins Aerospace for Cell Stack Kit Replacement Parts for the Integrated Low Pressure Electrolyzer (ILPE).
