Centennial Job Corps Center – Request for Quote – Temp Center Mental Health Consultant

Management & Training Corporation is soliciting quotes for a temporary Center Mental Health Consultant to provide services at the Centennial Job Corps Center in Nampa, Idaho. The period of performance is from September 28, 2026, through November 30, 2026, with a required schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST, totaling up to 24 hours per week. The consultant will be responsible for reviewing student intake forms within one week of arrival, providing short-term counseling and psychological testing, and collaborating with center staff on medication monitoring and psycho-educational groups. Eligible candidates must be Clinical/Counseling Psychologists or Clinical Social Workers with an active, unrestricted license to practice in Idaho and at least one year of experience providing assessment and treatment services to adolescents and young adults. Selection is based on the proposed hourly rate and the candidate's experience with disadvantaged youth and relevant institutional settings. Required submission documents include a completed bid sheet, resume, proof of liability insurance, a statement of adolescent experience, and the MTC Vendor Packet containing a W-9 and self-certification form.
