Notice is hereby given that Lancaster Lebanon Joint Authority will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 9:00 AM prevailing time on Thursday, May 30, 2024 for the Central Education Center Renovations. The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight required to construct proposed reflection rooms, new partitions, doors and other renovations per drawings and specifications. All bidding documents will be available online at no cost via the PennBid Program (http://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) beginning at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Immediately following the due date and time, all bids received through PennBid will be opened online at the Engineer’s Office and referred to the Lancaster Lebanon Joint Authority for final award.
