Note: The solicitation period has been extended to 2:00pm E.D.T. on March 28, 2023.The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), through the Environmental Response Program (CCG-ER) in the Central Region, requires response services for 24 Geographic Zones of response located across Quebec and Ontario in order to minimize the impacts of marine pollution incidents on human life, the environment and critical infrastructure. Response services are required in nearshore and sheltered waters for marine pollutant spills from ships, oil handling facilities or unknown marine sources. The five areas of activity covered by the standing offer are:pollution observation;source control;contaminant recovery;contaminant storage and disposal; andequipment mobilization and demobilization support.Each Geographic Zone will have a maximum of two Standing Offers.Questions regarding this RFSO and DFO-CCG's responses to them are in the addenda documents. The RFSO has been provided in MS Word format, although if there is any discrepancy between it and the PDF version on the canadabuys.canada.ca website, the PDF version published on that website is the version that applies.Estimated quantity of commodity: refer to the request for standing offer.Duration of standing offer: from standing offer award date to 2025-10-31 with two options to extend by one year each.Time frame of delivery: depends on each call-up issued, but must fall within the period of the standing offer.
