N--CERC C3 Chiller Replacement

The USGS Columbia Environmental Research Center in Columbia, Missouri, is seeking to replace the chiller in Building C3 through a sealed bid solicitation numbered 140G0126Q0086, with quotes due by April 28, 2026. This acquisition is a 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220, with a size standard of $19 million in average annual receipts. All offerors must be currently registered and active in SAM.gov and must provide both a Unique Entity Identifier and CAGE code to be considered responsive. The contract requires full replacement of the chiller system, including installation of a chilled water storage tank, replacement of faulty water coils, isolation valves, variable frequency drives, and associated electrical systems, along with all labor, materials, tools, and supervision.
