Ceremonial Guard Accommodation and Meals

PSPC, on behalf of DND, has a requirement for food and accommodation services for the Ceremonial Guard (CG), from approximately May 1 to August 31 of each year, with additional rooms and meals required from approximately July 12 to 29 of each year. The requirement includes a need for single- or double- occupancy rooms for 400-600 persons (including bed, linen, bathroom and showers), associated supplies, meal preparation services, laundry services, meeting rooms, offices, band practice space, and fitness facilities. The location for this requirement must be within 25 kilometers of Parliament Hill, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, K1P 0A9, measured in road distance. It is anticipated that the contract period will be from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2027, and will include an irrevocable option to extend the contract by two additional one-year periods.
