Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

The School District of Greenville County is seeking sealed fixed-price bids for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services under solicitation number 326-86, with a submission deadline of June 23, 2026. Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis across District school sites to support students with individualized education programs (IEPs), under the supervision of Special Education Services. The contract is structured as a one-year term with an option to extend annually for up to four additional years, totaling five years, contingent upon mutual agreement. Bidders are required to submit a completed GCS Alternate W9 Form, Bid Response Certification, and Drug Free Workplace Certification, and must certify compliance with state and federal regulations including ethics laws, immigration requirements, debarment restrictions, and the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment. All employees and subcontractors must undergo monthly criminal background checks, and the vendor must maintain commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate for premises operations, products completed operations, personal injury, contractual indemnification, and motor vehicle coverage.
