This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-120001/H and covers a requirement from the following product sub-category (ies) of the SA: - Product sub-category 1 - Rotary chairs and Rotary stools; - Product sub-category 2 – Rotary Guest Chair and Side chairs; The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the purchase and fully assembled delivery of office seating to CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, British Columbia by November 25th 2026. This requirement is being re-solicited following the closure of Solicitation No. W0103-19028082/B on July 20th 2026. Canada will award up to two (2) contracts under this solicitation. Contract awards may be made on a category-specific basis or on an all-inclusive basis covering both categories. The number and scope of contract awards will be determined based on the results of the technical and financial evaluation. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream (SA holders). There is no security associated with the requirement. Only suppliers who are pre-qualified and have been issued a supply arrangement are eligible to bid. Non-Supply Arrangement (Non-SA) holders may submit a bid to the Identified User (IU) but must also submit an arrangement to the Supply Arrangement Authority (SAA) for evaluation.
