Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform expansion joint material, repairing concrete spalls, repairing chain link fencing, and patching disintegration on concrete seawall; providing stringer connection hardware to connect timber pile caps, remove/provide 17 new concrete caisson encasements with 42" diameter Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer wraps around 36" steel pipe caisson under the Boat House Pier; repairing 4 SF of floating dock membrane delamination, and cleaning/recoating three 6 ft sections of 16" diameter steel guide pile on floating docks. The estimated value of the procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Payment and performance bonds will be required. Period of performance is estimated to be 150 days from notice to proceed.
