This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Chain Stud Link, [WSDC: EZN] End Item: TICONDEROGA CLASS CG (47). The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN 4010-001495605 with a quantity of 28 SO.  The requirement will contain a Contractor First Article Test (FAT) of -01 unit at 60 Days ARO. The total production delivery schedule is 253 days ARO, FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Clause 52.246-11, Higher-level contract quality requirement applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about September 9, 2026, in accordance with 19.1305(a)(2)-HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside.  Only offers from HUBZone manufacturers or HUBZone dealers furnishing a small business manufacturer’s product will be considered.


The offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, IAW 252.236-7001 Contract Drawings and Specifications.

Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
